Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

​

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Engineering design of HVAC systems and Plumbing Systems.

​

• Experience with various types of projects like Hospital, Office, Commercial, Residential, Factory, Pharmaceuticals, etc

• Experience with projects in the USA, using US mechanical and plumbing codes

​

​Familiar with the following software:

​

• AutoCAD

• AutoCAD MEP

• eQuest Energy Modeling

• Carrier HAP 4.90

• Planswift Takeoff​

​

​

Desired Candidate Profile

We need candidates to possess the following skills at the minimum:

​

• Ability to Calculate pipe sizes for plumbing systems (Drainage, water, gas, etc)

​

• Familiar with plumbing codes, such as ass UPC and IPC.

​

• Ability to generate riser diagrams and plumbing floor plans.

​

• Ability to use Autocad and Revit.

​

• Ability to calculate friction loss in a piping system.

​

• Ability to size the pumps.

​

• Ability to calculate airflow and duct sizes for HVAC systems.

​

• Ability to determine and size HVAC equipment

​

• Ability to generate airflow diagrams and zoning.

 

Salary is negotiable, based on technical skills and experience.
