Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

​

• Should be more Proficient in Tekla tool in terms of Modeling

​

• Should know all tools related editing such as dimensions, snipping, PDF plotting, create views, and create GA / erection drawings along with understanding on basic modeling tools.

​

• Should have knowledge on editing the beams, columns, braces, miscellaneous members (Stairs, ladders, checkered plates, gratings, rails, GA/Erection drawings, AB plan drawings, Part drawings.)

​

• Cross check and ensure the basic welding like weld symbols, JCP & PJP along with pre-qualified welds like TCU4a, BU4a, before releasing the models for checking.

​

• Cross check and ensure the basic bolt requirements like shop bolts, field bolts, and slotted bolts symbols are shown

​

• Support on modeling tasks for member placements, grids, and simple connections. 

​

• Support checker for documentations.

​

• Passion and desire to learn and innovate.

​

​

Required Candidate profile

​

​

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Tekla steel Modeling/Detailing.

​

• Familiar with the AISC and NISD standards for structural steel detailing of experience as Modeler or Checker.

​

• Knowledge in modeling with US standards

​

• Knowledge on Revit codes is a valued add

​

• Bachelor’s Degree in B. E / B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil or Mechanical) from a reputed University.

​

• Ability to perform in a high-pressure fast-paced environment

​

• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.

​

• Excellent communication skills with team members within the office and external clients.

​

​
